With how Christmas and New Years fell this year, I will have had a 10 day vacation from work and I only took 3 days of vacation. I have not accomplished as much as I thought I might, but I have gotten to spend more time with my kids, catch up on some housework (every stitch of laundry in the house completed for the first time ever), relax, and do nothing. Yesterday Travis didn't have to work and for the first time in a long time we were at home all day and didn't do much but play with the kids, watch movies, play at the park and hang out.
Friday Ashley and I took a "day off" and went to Wichita for the day. We ate some good food, did a little shopping and saw Les Miserables. It was another great day with my seester.
