Ok, let's just say it, it's hard not to talk about cheese balls and not giggle a little like a 4th grade boy. Especially if you have watched the SNL Pete Schweddy skit. So, with that introduction, tonight Travis and I made two kinds of cheese ball/logs to give away as gifts. The first is Pat's recipe, cream cheese, cheddar, onion, green pepper, pimentos, rolled in pecans. The second is a concoction that we came up with tonight cream cheese, cheddar, pineapple, onion, a few dashes of hot sauce, rolled in mined cranberries and parsley to give that nice Christmas red and green. What I did not get a picture was of how Travis helped. He mixed together everything in the bowls, with his hands. He decided that was easier than a spoon.
