Tile Mural 2012

The last 3 days I have been teaching art at the school for Pre-K through 12th grade and staff making the self portrait tile mural that we did last year. We did over 300 tiles in 3 days. It was exhausting but rewarding and fun. I love that I get to interact and be a part of the lives of the kids of our community. Nothing is better than seeing them around town and them saying hi Miss Stacy! Every night this week I've had a meeting or something to do too. Monday was city council, Tuesday was watching KU Journalism students give presentations on their semester project of doing a marketing plan for Greensburg and tonight was the community Christmas concert at the Methodist Church. I playing piano with mom and with Sydney who played violin.
