Sunday Again...Wait A Minute, It's Monday

So I started writing this last night on my phone in bed, but fell asleep. I do that quite often either trying to write a post, facebooking, playing words with friends or reading and my phone hits me in the face. Travis thinks it's hilarious. Many times he's come to bed and taken the phone from me after I've fallen asleep.


So, catching up! Here goes:
It was a busy week last week. Monday city council approved to move forward with the marketing project which was an accomplishment after months of work. Wednesday morning early Ashley took Saige to the doc in Pratt because she was really sick. Then ended up flying them to Kansas City and they were there until yesterday. She had a bad infection. Ashley is my hero, that is all.

Thursday I took Tru back to the doctor to have his ears checked. After 2 rounds of antibiotics they were clear. Truman is now toddling everywhere. Over the weekend he started standing up in the middle of the floor with out having anything to pull up on.

Mom came over the other night for supper since dad was in KC with Ashley. Afterwards, she cut Amelia's bangs. When she finished, Amelia went and got her bears and gave them a haircut. It's amazing how quick she is learning and pick things up. We really have to mind our p's and q's, however, I am pretty sure she says shit. Wonder where she picked that up?

Tonight was spaghetti night, a favorite in our house. The kids do it topless then went right into the tub after dinner.

I finally started sewing together quilt blocks that I bought when I was pregnant with Amelia. I meant to do something with them before she was born, but didn't. I am not very good at precision, it hurts my brain, so we'll see how this blanket turns out. It's been really cold this week, so I haven't felt like throwing pots in the cold garage. Tomorrow is Valentines Day. I spent the evening making out the cards for the kids party at daycare. I am not sure if a 1 and 2 year old care about Valentines Day, but they'll get some good sweets I am sure.
