Another weekend gone. Yesterday was spent at home then to mom and dads for pizza. I had an artists talk and reception for photographer Steven Rubin at the arts center at 7. His work is about wind energy in Kansas.
Travis wasn't feeling well this morning, so the kids and I went to church by ourselves. It was a beautiful day so I worked outside while the kids napped. I watered trees and plants and decorated for Halloween. I forgot to take some pictures, but I put Orange lights on the tree out front, purple lights on the porch, garlands on the bushes, and a big light up pumpkin on the porch.
Mom gave me a bunch of tomatoes and some of the green ones had ripened, so I took the skins off and froze them.
The last project of the day was attempting to dye some onesies. I am attempting a new sewing project, more on that later!
