Wednesday and Thursday I was gone on a tour of northeast Kansas for a few meetings. First, I went to Manhattan for a lunch with New Boston Creative Group, and Lisa took me to the Flint Hills Discovery Center then got to see Kyra and meet Aria. Then it was on to Shawnee to stay the night at Hollie and Michael's. Thursday morning I made a presentation to a class with the KU school of journalism who is doing a marketing project this semester for Greensburg. Then I shopped Brackers. I came home with four new glazes and I am going to get the pots I've made glazed and fired over this long weekend. I made a stop at the LAC to see old friends and visit about residency programs. I want to start one here and I think it could be a great way to get things going there again.
