Tonight I was at the TIAK Executive Board retreat when I got the call with the job offer for the City Administrator position. I celebrated with creme brulee and Travis sent me pictures that he and the kids went to the dollar store and got glow sticks to celebrate.

When I became a finalist candidate for city administrator, dad resigned after 10 years of being Mayor. I am sad about it, the sacrifice he made for me. He was so good at being Mayor.

We went to Manhattan for the KSU football game. We had HuHot before the game and the kids loved it.

It was a super cold game and we were frozen by the end!
