Today M.T. Liggett passed away. Mom and I went to Mullinville to take pictures of all of his work and reflect on his life.

 We made a quick weekend trip to Kansas City to visit Hollie and Michael. Neal, Megan, Hazel and Wyatt were visiting too. We had a great time, so great I only took a few pictures.

Monday, August 21st was the solar eclipse and M.T.'s funeral. We hosted lunch for the family and others at the arts center and watched the eclipse. It ended up being a cloudy day so we didn't get the best view, but it was still pretty cool.

 September 5th, 2017 I celebrated 10 years working for the city.

 10 days at the Kansas State Fair!

 I made ceramics and the kids sold drinks at the Highway Gypsi Junk Market Saturday in the park.

 After the junk market we headed to the Petty's to celebrate Jett and Judd's birthday.
