This week there were terrible fires in Clark County. It has now been the biggest fire in Kansas history. The wind blew the smoke our way.

 I was sick this week with what I thought was the flu, but ended up being a kidney infection. I had good company with Marley and Ernest.

 While I was sick, Dad and Dennis began work on the camper restoration by replacing the rotted board on the bunk.

 We celebrated Dennis's birthday with dinner and cake. He has been staying with mom and dad for a couple of months and is leaving this weekend.

 In preparation for the 10th anniversary of the tornado, we got new billboard faces.
