Boots

 It was hard to get a picture because she wouldn't stand still, but Amelia looked really cute for church yesterday. She wore the yellow dress that Aunt Ashley got her for her birthday and her "new" garage sale find purple boots. The last two weeks at church she has been such a sweetie to the older men. As soon as Clair walked in, she ran up to him for him to pick her up. Then she hugged on him. He just melted, it was so sweet.

Right before church was going to start, mom asked her if she wanted to sing a song, so they went to the front. But TJ came up too soon to start the service so they couldn't sing. Mom set her on a stool and she sat nice, but started undoing the buttons on her dress. She made it down to her waist before the song was over, then I got up and buttoned her up. She would have ended up naked in the front of church.




After church, we went to mom and dad's for lunch, then spent a couple of hours there afterwards.

Amelia has figured out how to open the frig and freezer doors herself. In the morning for the last couple of weeks she'll help herself to a string cheese for her and one for Truman. Not this morning, she came into my bedroom with a huge smile and said "look mommy, popcicle!" She found an orange sherbet push up on the door of the freezer. Good breakfast ;)
